Thanks for the feedback guys!
My exhaust filter and supercharger belt are maybe 5 hours old so i would suggest they are fine, the tensioner etc are all brand new parts as a previous service mechanic left the bolt off the bracket and it went flying around my hull.
Plugs would be approaching 30 hours, possibly need a new set but they all looked fine at the point of new s/c belt and exhaust filter (5 hours ago).
Intercooler had a full clean about 10 hours ago, doesn't seem to be any gunk in there at the moment.
Unfortunately i don't have the old prop or housing, the current prop has about 70 hours on it now but has no cavitation and the hole shot is still ridiculous so i don't think it needs replacing.
The ski used to do well over 100kmh (62mph) when i first purchased it a few years ago, my gut feeling is it lost top end when Kawasaki here changed the prop to a different setup.Comment

At 100kmh, you're not even getting close to the stock, speed limited, speed.
Something is not right. The revs seem about right for the speed, but they are low too.Comment

mate guessing wont fix your problems, and dont use the max recall for speed or rpms. you need to check with a gps at wot and look at the speeds and rpms. if they then dont add up, i would be checking the prop, they dont last 70hrs. also check fp output at prime and sc belt pivot. all these sap rpms when they arent 100% spark plugs and dirty i/c dont sap rpm like that. my guess someone has fitted a 14/22 and what is the aftermarket housing?310R

Cz pretty sure now I've spend all I'm gonna spend and call it good on 91 octane and maybe reflash later and get that fancy touch screen programmer to control both my skis would give me some tuning power and some race gas is on bucket list esp for the 1500. But for this season I'm done with 310LX mods esp now knowing more about this boat's limitations and I've chased the dragon before on UTV projects similar to this and my live and learn is kicking in. I only wanted this boat to match my new SX-R 1500 and they look bad ass together but and love the offshore dominance but smooth water the Yamaha monkeys get to 80MPH on like 800$ aftermarket invest so I've read... I just spent $900 so far on smart choices IMO or so and I would be tickled to get 73-74mph since I'm not going crazy exhaust (family unit style) w 91-93 octane. The R&D exhaust plate has smaller jacket ports to dry out box some and really that's all ya need water box wise. Its fun ordering all the same type goodies you've put on your jet skis over the years and I haven't even took these out yet just brought em both home recently and my 100MPH jackets are starting to arrive and I have Armando at R&D on speed dial lol... But like the member that has the image of kangaroo drinking a beer says, these Ultra 310 boats have limitations and don't get too caught up in the hype of suppliers cuz to make these do 73-75MPH somewhat reliably is about all there is gentlemen on smooth water IMO.sigpicComment
