Is this a new problem or something ongoing? Do you have the triangle shaped catch can or the old round style catch can? If this is not something new but an ongoing issue it's pretty common. Make sure, double sure, triple sure you haven't overfilled the oil.

Sometimes even when when not overfilled it'll still burp out of the old style (round) catch can. The newer triangle shaped can has worked a lot better on my stock ski. The newer design has more baffles in it to help prevent this very issue

I would not think the worst yet. If you have the oil level any higher than the engine wants it to be it will spit it out. If you are not having a drop in performance this would most likely be the case.

        Is your oil over full?

Bring the oil level down below the max level and ride it again to see if its still pushing oil out.

funny how guys always suggest overfull oil, i dont believe it has anything to do with it, considering there were no crankcase changes from the 260 to the 300 yet it holds more oil, these skis have a windage tray the crankshaft does not go near the oil. from memory waz pointed out the different dip stick lengths. oil in the intake comes from the occasional burp that has been around since the 250. the new can does a great job of preventing this.

In lots of testing the oil level does make a difference. There are several skis I know of including mine that re routed the vent of the catch cans. We noticed that it would release the oil at certain levels. We could see it. We found where the ski liked the level and would no longer spit out oil. We keep the level below that mark and we no longer had oil released from that tube. We all were running the old catch can. That tells me that the oil level does in fact have a direct influence on the excess oil in the IC.

Its probably normal. Most cars/trucks with intercoolers get oil blown inside them. It has probably more to do with engine emissions than anything else. My Mini Cooper S (Turbo) used to fill a catch can every month.

What is likely happening is oil is sloshing around in the engine (normal) and oil vapor is being pulled/sucked into the intake/airbox as part of a recirculating emissions requirement. The byproduct is oily air which is condensing against your cold intercooler. Think of it the same as condensation on a soda can only tin this case it's oil. Or if oil is sloshing around really heavily then full-on oil instead of vapor is escaping. Its coming from your engine 'breather' hose likely at the top of the valve cover (If that exists). Making sure your engine isn't over-filled is a first step as well but I'm all for a catch can.

been there done that back in 250 days GL but then learning what i explained above i dont now agree as long as its not over full. as everyone knows its a fine art getting the right amount of oil to show consistant stick readings

Will the 2014 catch fit all prior Ultras ie 260?

A low Comperssion test doesn't mean rings
Need to do leak down to see if it valves or rings
