Thank you it worked perfect then got something sucked in while a full throttle beating was being givin and then it started pumping out oil and smoke couldn't figure it out because it was free from anything around the prop after we looked at it on shore.. Must have came unhooked from the prop right after it got sucked in.Leave a comment:

Hi. I will address your first question. Since you are having a SLO key its easy to program a FPO key.
Does the ski start up with the available SLO key. If its not what is the error code on the cluster. Press the MODE and SET button together for 3 seconds and the cluster will give you the trouble code. If the ski is starting up with the available key you can follow the below procedure to programme a new key.
What you will need are following equipment. 1. FPO key the Orange key Part number 27008-3767 and 2. Key Registration adapter part number 57001-1746 , 3). Key Registration Unit part number 57001 - 1582. The ECM can accommodate 6 (six) keys in total. Eg. 01 SLO key and 05 FPO keys or 03 SLO keys and 03 FPO keys so on. The procedure is as follows.
(1). Ensure the skis battery is fully charged
(2). Keep the new FPO ( Full Power Operation ) key ready for programming.
(3). Remove the battery cover of the ski.
(4). Disconnect the immobilizer / Kawasaki diag system connector cap ( the White connector )
(5). Connect the key registration Unit with the adapter.
(6). Now insert the already programmed key on to the ignition switch and press it in for 2 seconds.
(7). Before elapsing 15 seconds after removing the programmed key ( the SLO key you are already having ) insert the new FPO key you intend to program.
(. If the registration is successful, the buzzer of the ski will sound and the warning indicator blinks the number of beeps indicating you have programmed the relevant number of keys. If you have used Six keys in a total the buzzer sounds six times and the light blinks six times.
I have extensive experience in doing this programming, as I had two Ultra 300 X s received without any key and had to replace the ECM with new set of keys and programming equipment.
The entire procedure appended in the Ultra 300 shop manual is attached hereto for your review.
Should you have any questions in doing this, I am always happy to assist you.

Kawasaki mods and parts
Ok first off I'm fairly new here but have a few questions.
1does anyone know how to reprogram a blank Kawasaki key for a 2011 300x .My friend has the slow key but no fast key and he bought a programmer but hasn't picked it up yet.
He tried to get it programmed and one guy said that the computer is messed up and maybe that's why when he bought it, it only had the slow key.
2does anyone have any idea where to get a r&d ride plate reverse bracket ?? There discontinued and cant find one anywhere. For the stx15f
3does anyone have trim setup on there stx15f?
