LX Ultra 160. Confirm Crank float/ Jet pump axle position?

If you took the jet pump out, the driveshaft is free to move back & forth. The real concern is movement of the engine crankshaft. Use a pry bar to try moving the crankshaft for & aft.
There used to be a video on YouTube, but I can't find it now.'15 Kawi Ultra 310X

Hello Steve45!
The thing is that the pictures on the coupler is before i removed the Jet Pump and that gap is already there and it opens up backwards to the drive shaft/jet. The gap in the picture is about 10mm. I have seen the video on the crank float with the the click typ of sound when it moves. But thats not the case here, i try to move the crank shaft side backwards, but it seems solid or its really stuck in a forward position. So thats why a need some reference to se if the crank has moved or if something is wrong with the Jet pump and have made the gap.

Yes, it appears that the driveshaft is moving fore & aft. It certainly could have pushed on the crank.
Use a pry bar between the rear case and the drive coupling to see if the crank moves.
I'd say you definitely need to overhaul the pump and do the upgrade to it!'15 Kawi Ultra 310X

Hello Rotortiller! I really appreciate the help!
When i move the driveshaft with the jet removed it feels very sloppy sidways, just like that the driveshaft support bearing is only made of soft rubber. So i may have to change that to, even if thats not a force that goes more forward than to the sides?
I will dismantle the Jet Pump and install new bearings and se if everything is in order.
Is it possible for the Jet pump impeller to move and kill the engine without any damage or traces in the Jet pump housing?

If the impeller unscrews from the shaft it will move forward, so make sure it is seated and tight. The splined driveshaft is normally sloppy with the pump off, with the pump on it is slop free radially and needs slight axial plav as it slides on the splines in the impeller and on damper rubbers. Take the intake grate off with the pump installed to check shaft support slop by hand, sometimes the inlet grate won't come off easily being corroded on at the steel shims. Manuals can be found online.
