Anyone experience this? I just put it in and have launched it 3-4 times and it is putting pretty significant gouges in the center jetdock cube. Of course I can't see anything so I guess I'm going to take it out of the water to inspect. I'm assuming there must be a screw/bolt protruding that shouldn't be or something of that nature?

Looks like the bolts from ride plate to jetpump have backed out. Didn't know it had those bolts but sure looks like it.Comment

Turns out these are studs that are used for crating / transportation of the new ski. Whoever did the assembly missed a step. They are supposed to be removed during assembly and replaced with bolts. Dealer did it on the spot thankfully and I'm ready to go back in the water.Comment
