    Just in case for those who might have missed the original post in the other thread...

    I was able to drain about 125 cc or 4.2 oz.





    If you are a Chevy guy, go buy the GM p/n.
    If you are a Ford guy, go buy the Ford p/n.

    what was used to remove the plug? is that a allen screw or did you drill and tap a hole? Thanks!

        The allen wrench hole is stripped or the plug hole is stripped? Either can pretty easily be dealt with.

        The plug hole would need a helicoil or be tapped out to a different size plug. The socket for the allen wrench may be dealt with by tapping a non-metric allen into the socket or a torx bit into the hole and getting plug out.

          Just the allen was stripped. I was able to get it out with heat and a torque bit. The hole threads where fine. I replaced the oil and greased the rear bearings in my SC.
