Ultra 250: Unplug Smart Steering

Open hood go thru front hatch, drop the ecu out of the way find the steering bar that the steering cable hooks too, Follow the wire down to the white plug unplug it. Smart steer is disabled you just unplugged the magnet and you will not get a code.

there are two white plugs behind the ECU.
Is the one we want to unplug got a red,white,yellow & black wire?

White 3 wire plug red, yellow, and black.

Is this one it? If it is, could I do a quick write up on it ? This little bastard has been bugging me from day one.

Thats the right plug! Glad that was an easy fix for it.

So did this work for others to disconnect the off throttle steering? Are there any warnings that show up on the screen or will it trigger stuff in the ECU etc?
