Has anyone found a good alternative to this fuel filter used on many models including the Ultra 150 and STXR 1200. OEM is $38

nylon mesh fuel filters are widely available. only rub is proper mounting but for $30 an hours worth of labor, it's not hard to figure out what to do
you can thank the Nixon administration for steep tariffs on Japanese repair parts which cause the ridonkulous price for that particular filer-Pete

I like the old SeaDoo filters. You can clean them.

Yes, sir! The whole assembly is 275500358, $26 from Greenhulk. (That's before the Greenhulk discount, too).
The filter element and O-ring are also available separately.
Tons of them on Ebay, but I've found some of them have a coarser mesh on the screen.
