15F #2&3 plugs not firing. Coils & plugs tested good on Left coil side and plug only.

Very strange. The wires labeled 2&3 for the left coil are not working. Both coils, all wires and plugs work when connected the #1&4 connector.
Sensors ohms tested .51 (Crank) and .42 (Cam)
Cylinders getting fuel.
Appears there is an issue with the 2&3 wires that go back to the ECU.
Engine was running great prior to removing it for some detail and rear cover replacement work.
Any Ideas ?

Probably wiring harness related. Inspect the grounds and block connectors, and ecu connections.
