rxt x 300 stock with riva 8300 rpm tune

I currently have a 2020 rxt x 300, and i purchased the map tuner x. I do not plan on doing any other modifications with to the ski. What speeds can i expect from a stock 300 with just the 8300 rpm tune? further more is it safe and reliable todo this?
