  • My Maptuner installation Wizard interrupted

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong during the installation of the maptuner software?
    I always get this message:

What computer OS are you using?

Does the logged in user account have sufficient admin privileges to install the software?

    Plenty of free disk space?

I have a clean install on a newer laptop - Windows 10 Home Plenty of space

I tried installing the software on three different systems. I always get the same message.

One of my other computers has Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 plenty of space on this machine as well

I have no idea about "admin privilege" I even tried "Run as administrator" ... Same result.

Check event viewer logs, they may shed light on what is causing the issue.

Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application

You need to look at the detailed view to see if there's anything useful. If it's not shown below that panel than double click on each of those to see if there's any more info.

Do other people have this much trouble installing the software.

Perhaps I need to find another computer with an older version of Windows.

I pulled out an old laptop with Windows 7 and the Maptuner software installed successfully. I wonder if Maptuner is compatible with modern computers with Windows 10.

The problem is due to the latest version driver certificate expired. You need to install in unsigned driver mode in Windows 10. Use method 2 link as below:
64-bit versions of Windows 10 and 8 include a “driver signature enforcement” feature. They’ll only load drivers that have been signed by Microsoft. To install less-than-official drivers, old unsigned drivers, or drivers you’re developing yourself, you’ll need to disable driver signature enforcement.
