2015 kawasaki 310x upgrades

hello guys im new to the site i have a 2015 kawasaki ultra 310x im doing some upgrades ecu reflash by riva straight pipe exhaust air intake pump wedge 14/21 propeller and boring out the throttle body would that put me close to the high 70's ?

Bolts right in!
