Whats a good base map to start with..

The one that Riva recommends for exactly the mods it built the tune for. Plus you better do some logging and make sure it's where it should be. Not a lot of margin for error running 17-18lbs of boost at 8700rpm or more. Also these chargers make a lot of heat so keeping an eye on intake temps and doing some better water routing for the IC is a good Idea, plus hull mods to get more fresh air in. Take thinks serious if your running that wheel.
