Vtech data logger Jonatan!

Android Data Logger for Sea Doo..... Iv been having problems connection to the Board , getting a error message saying
(You are not authorized to execute this action please contact jonatan for permission , I have been on the phone with Jonatan 3 times sense last summer and he said he would add my email to the system always a excuse he is not by a computer to call back, on holiday etc
Can anyone help with this situation ? Does anyone have a working email and password for data logger for android ?
