map tuner X bundle

while i was trying to create a log file for the first time i did connect my map tune wrong to the jet ski now the device is kind of stock. it does not read any other ECU or changing the current map installed it gives different error every time " wrong vehicle connected " " ignition key cannot be found " " " programming error "

Any idea whats going on i tried to use the small reset button in the bundle but it seems not working.
