What all information monitoring gives to me? Is there oil press/temp? Could I replace stock instrument panel with maptuner and get all the same data still?

You can monitor oil pressure and temp. You can't monitor speed, fuel level, and trim so replacing the factory dash won't be an option for some people. I did swap the factory dash on my GP1800R with the MaptunerX for real time monitoring and I personally like it.

speed isn't problem. fuel can be. Does alarms still work? Do you have pictures how you installed it.

yes without to see fuel level... well thats an no go in my eyes for long rides etc...

Yes the alarm still works. I'm looking for pictures but if I can't find any I will take some tonight and post them tomorrow. I relocated the factory dash into the front storage bin so if I wanted to check fuel I just need to open the front hatch. I ran the HDMI cord for the MaptunerX up to the factory dash location and mounted the MaptunerX in the factory bezel. It is a perfect fit for the 2021+ GP's. Someone would think it was factory if they didn't know any better.

It looks impressive but it is really simple. I don't think it took longer than 30 minutes to install it.

Are you able to change units to degrees Fahrenheit or pressures to psi?

Do you need the data logging add on to see live data or can you just do this with the diagnostic cable?

Monitoring app is to see live Data, and Logging is a 2nd app you cant rum then at the same time then

You have to buy the data logging app for monitoring. I would get the PLX module with it to monitor AFR on the maptuner as well.

Do I need data logging app or I can use only monitoring app? monitoring app is something 80€ and datalog 260€. Data logging app have more benefits for later tuning.
