I have a 1999 Genesis ,I just rebuilt the carbs and was told that there are 2 idle adjustment screws, I found one near the top on the left side of the carbs but cannot locate the other , any ideas where it might be ?

There is a "idle speed adjustment " screw located on the front carb, made of plastic.

There are 3 "low speed mixture" screws 1 near the bottom of each carb. On 99 Keihin carbs there should be no screw near the top.
Take a picture of your carbs-these PWC are 20 years old-plenty of time for people to change pieces.

The low speed MIXTURE screws have a factory recommended "base" setting. Of course every carb/pwc might need fine tunning after that. The MIXTURE screws adjust how much fuel is added at low speeds.

"BIG" screw sets idle speed of the engine.
