Made using a Deutsch DT04-12P connector, along with a few pins (example 16 AWG pin size 0460-202-16).
In Deutsch connectors, the DT04 is the shrouded receptacle shape, and the DT06 is the plug insert shape. So a DT06 plug fits into a DT04 receptacle.
The number after the dash is the number of pin positions, and then P designates metal Pins, and S means metal Sockets.
In the posted photo, if you look closely you can read the DT04-12P part number embossed into the plastic on the side of the connector.
