New member here.
Also wanted to thank all those who have posted and updated all the information available within these pages. I spent a couple weeks reading through hundreds of posts while I recorded information and developed a game plan for my "new to me" ski. With this help, I was not only able to test major components, but also make suggested upgrades along the way. I have since sent EMM to Darrin at Lakeside Tech and am waiting to here what he has to offer on repair.
Thanks again for a great communityLeave a comment:

I helped out a guy 1484 miles from me. I showed him how to wire in a different MPEM into his "unicorn" '97 GSi. Here is his response:
I want to thank you so much for helping me out. U should post that online somewhere for others to see and help out. But that's your call. I'm just happy I found ya and u helped me out.
So I have brought her out a few times runs perfect. Your are the man really. Thank you so much again.
Do u want any money for doing this for me?
I also helped him get his trim working, all from almost 1500 miles away sitting at my computer! And I felt good about it. I've also learned a lot myself from the forum members contributions.
Thanks everybody!!Last edited by K447; 05-14-2017, 02:05 PM.👍 1Leave a comment:

Late comer to the party here but yes, thank you for all the technical information. I am fortunate enough to have the factory manuals for all 2000 Polaris PWC models which I have referred to many times, but the information here and at K447's site are outstanding for quick references and explaining things in easy to understand ways. Like many here have said, this is about the best we can get when working on our rides as most places won't touch them (but yet many of the places I've been to that said they won't touch a Polaris will be all over a Tigershark) and this forum is indeed the defacto Polaris PWC service division. case in point...the local Polaris dealer parts guy wasn't even aware Polaris made PWC's

2 weeks of awesome vacation and use of my 2001 polaris virage carb, all because of the support you all provide, and the generous maintenance of this website. Carb rebuilds, jet pump rebuild, and fuel sender replacement, fuel line replacement all learned here. Thank you!Leave a comment:

2015 Watercraft Ride for Dad charity, request for donations
Each summer M447 and K447 participate and support the Watercraft Ride for Dad charity.
100% of the donations go to support men's prostate cancer research and education.
This is the only charity that I ask others to contribute to, and only for a short time each year.
The majority of watercraft enthusiasts are male and we are all susceptible to this.
If either of us have been able to help you in some way through these forums, I ask that you now consider making a donation.
Note: If you are in Canada you will receive a tax deductible donation receipt.
For those in USA or elsewhere outside Canada, even without the tax deduction, you can still donate.
Please click this link to support the ride;

I to have had a few PMs along this line with the msx four strokes. For many people, this is there only source for polaris info and help as many shops want nothing to do with a polaris watercraft. I get comments almost every time I go out about my MSX 150 and how old and the amazement that it still runs...
All thanks to the hulk!👍 2Leave a comment:

I absolutely agree 100%! You guys are awesome! I recently joined too, and while I haven't posted much I have been reading these threads every chance I get. The volume of information and help is phenomenal!! I feel I have a much better understanding of how these skis work. I almost regret leaving my ski to be fixed by the local guy...I still don't have it back....I think that after reading several of these posts, that I probably would have been able to get it "tuned up", and would have been able to ask questions if I ran into any difficulties.
Once again, thank you all for your willingness to share your knowledge and help keep this fun skis visible on the water!!Leave a comment:
