Something is going on with the sites PM's. I tried replying to you a few times and every time it gets rejected.

To answer your Q, you want a 785 gasket set. You'd be missing the exhaust valve gaskets, and there MIGHT be a difference on head gaskets. (I can't remember) VS. the 750 gasket set.

That's what I was looking at. I know on my 785 head gasket its one piece. The 750s look like 3 individual gaskets. I will do some digging and see what I can find

Oh yeah, the exhaust manifold gaskets are not the same either.

yes you can catch you nail on the PTO. And the other 2 have minor scuffs. Weird how the exhaust side was the bad side, the carb side looked good. So would rather change all 3 while I am there want to avoid the triple pipes as much as possible

Exhaust side is usually the first to get damaged, because it's the side the runs the hottest. It's almost always either exhaust side damage from over-heating or four point from running in too cold of water.

BTW where did you get your good crank? I need one myself and if you can get a good crank for $500 it's usually a bit cheaper than rebuilding a core.

EDIT: forgot to say check head pipes and water lines for any obstructions too. I usually just reverse flush everything on a garden hose. May have overheated a bit, but the Polaris inlet screens are really sensitive to being clogged by small water plants.

I got my crank from a local guy that owns a shop. He bought it to rebuild his ski and he never got around to it.
