    I don’t think I can disable the rev limiter but I can set it higher. Are you hitting the stock rev limiter at 7200? Where in the UP are you? I get up that way occasionally

      I haven't got it back together yet but I thought now would be the time to do it while I have it apart. Setting it higher would be just as good. I live in Rapid River, just east of Escanaba, Gladstone. Do you come to the UP for vacation or business.

          Are you still able to change the timing curves? have a jetted 1050, 92 oct domes, pretty much full hot seat in a 97 sl1050. Its updated cdi just not sure the number. will check and get back with you.
