2000 951 rx ltd crank case bolt question.

I need to find out if I can swap this mystry bolt out.
It's on the driveshaft side of a 2000 rx ltd 951cc engine. I
need clearance so it's gotta go. Thanks in advance.

It sits on the bolt when on the bench instead of the case cooler and case
