  • REcalibrate O2 Sensor without removing! It worked!

Ok, so wanted to shift back and forth between MTX and Vtech logger. If the MTX powers up with no sensor bam it needs to be recalibrated.
So, when I was programming my ECU with Vtech while waiting, I noticed the ski reading 16.5 AFR. The ski hadden been run all day. So I said hey great time to see if that idea I had worked. So I hooked up my winterizing hose I made to the flushing connection and applied 60 psi air. I was amazed it took about 20 seconds then the AFR started dropping rapidly all the way to 22.4. But the cool thing is the air flowing through the water lines created a vacuum that circulated fresh air into the exhaust manifold.

    Hope this helps someone else
