Yes but you should just be able to reset it to what it's at now.

Here's Rivas recommended setup, http://www.rivaracing.com/instructio...0_rrfpr_08.pdf, without o2 its a good guestimation

    Thanks for your help mate.
That's a Riva kit, so I would contact Riva or you could try Jerry; [email protected].

I wouldn't think that it's normal to have it corrode like that, that quickly (assuming the reg is as new as it looks?). Condensation could be building because of how/ where you store the ski? Do you store it garaged with the seat off?

You need to split the reg for inspection, clean or replace the internal spring and diaphragm.

Ok I will give that a crack. What's the actual process with pulling the Rrfpr apart? I know how to take the tube out of the manifold but I have never tampered with the actual rrfpr. In regards to the tube itself are u saying to have it facing down for better drainage? Thanks for your help

Looks like rust. Its always best to point the reference line down to help drainage.

Take it off, see if the mixture is oily or gasy smell.....Clean it out, put it back on.....See if it comes back......My guess is that under vacuum, its pulling any oil/grease from the spring that is used in the diaphragm assembly....

There's definitely goo a bud debris in there. I didn't notice any change in performance either it was going strong all day. I'm running a les cooke C kit.

    Thanks
Does it look like there is goo or some debris in the colored area? Or did the plastic just change color?

The end that connects to the intake mani still looks clean so might not be the case?

Most likely condensation build up in the reg? I would split the reg and check the spring for corrosion?

This sounds plausible. I know how to fix it - replace the clear tube with a blue silicon one
