need more travel on throttle body cable but maxed out on adjustment

This is on my conversion ski. I would post there but its apparent only 2 people view that thread and my therapist is runnin out of ideas...

So heres the deal for all u engineers

Aftermarket throttle body...
u can see on the handlebar pic i ground down the finger throttle and even notched the grip for more travel...
On the throttle body pic the black plastic adjuster is as far back as it will go...any farther it would be off the stud...
the cable is right where it needs to be for idle but when i pull the finger throttle i still need another good 1/4" to get the butterfly opened all the way..


Ideas needed guys...

That is what I was going to say.I run a KVPI and I am more thank happy!

Umi fingerthrottle moves in an angle which gives you more movement. I have an extra. Can you grind on the buttom of the lever a bit will it be enough?

I run the Riva billet seadoo finger throttle and it works well

Reduce the circumference of the slotted 1/2 circle (Cut some out) and shorten/adjust the cable (To take up the slack)?

I'm trying to picture the way it should happen if you reduce the 'wheel' size on the TB.
You need to change the ratio of the trigger wheel to TB wheel... Either make TB wheel smaller or trigger wheel bigger.
Cut the slot?
