what happend to my seadoo?
2005 Wake 155 4tec motor today at the lake I ran it real hard. When I parked it it was fine. I loaded it up and started it to clear out the water. When I revved it revved fine but when the rpms dropped as I let off the gas it had a whistle noise. When I got home I started it again and it revved fast and fine but now it has a knocking noise almost sounds like its coming from the top end. Anyone have an idea of what's going on with my ski?

have you checked the oil lately??did you have any lights come on the dash??? -

check oil..but it's likely too late now......

The Wake first came out as a 155 HP ski. Checked the oil levels and they are perfect no lights on the dash either revs fine has full power just knocking now.Comment

Update removed the valve cover no signs of damage motor revs fine. The main problem is the motor still whistles any idea of what a whistle could be?Comment

HEY MILLE806 DID YOU REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR OIL BEFORE EVERY TIME THAT YOU FILL UP FOR THE WEEKEND?? OR DID JUST RAN THE THING DRY?? HAVE FUN PAYING BETWEEN $3,000-$8,000!! HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE AN VERY VERY VERY GOOD CASH FLOW YOURE REALLY GOING TO NEED IT!!!

Or your drive shaft blew it happened to me while iwas onmy dad's old '99 polaris slx 1200 it cosed me between $200-$300 to fix thatComment
