That's for the throttle body lubrication This should have a yellow plug at the end which it may be located on the plastic engine cover. Connect it there.

The yellow plug must of snapped off, all I have is a hole in the engine cover where I think it should go

Then in this case. Just cut it off about 2-3 inches or shorter and cap it off. Or just pull the entire hose and plug it off at the nipple on the throttle body with a vacuum rubber plug.

If I wanna spray lubricant down in there, should I just yank the hose off and spray directly? Same lubricant I would spray thought the engine after use?

Make sure the Super Charger Washers are the metal style and not ceramic ASAP. You use fogging spray oil. Yes after you go riding. Putting it through the hose is way easier than trying to spray it in the nipple. BRP/SeaDoo has it. Here is another option for you. AMSOIL Fogging Spray Oil.

The oil you spray in the hose goes onto the inter cooler, so easy on the amount.
