Will RXT "gills" fit on a GTX?

I ride pretty hard and after the last time I noticed that my legs were hurting after I wrode. Looked at them and saw bruises that were exactly where those "gills" are. They also rub my legs and annoy me. I can switch my riding position which I do often. I just wish the gills were flat

really? i jump waves occassionally.... ride in the ocean, rough chop.... nothing on the entire ski has ever interfered with my legs of body.... just throttle / handle bar position and comfort are the only issue

Hmm.. never thought about that. I do a good amount of rough water riding.

I hate them. They give me bruises.

I'll take that as a no. Guess i'll have to try it out. Does anyone at least think it'll look good? My ski is going to be all black and yellow by spring.

Does anyone know if the chrome RXT "gills" will fit on a GTX? I think they would look pretty nice on my GTX but i don't know if i have something different in the way where they go.
