got a 15 gtx 215, have the 4 inch kanaflex, catch can, thru hull with water box, 14/19 and a 8350 tune, running 71/72 mph at 8180rpms, guess my next mod is gonna be an external intercooler and a 127 wheel, so the question is do i need to install a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, and will the new 127 wheel be noticeable on low end mid or top end,

Yes, you will need to install this rising rate fuel pressure regulator
Also, I would upgrade to the Solas 15/19R impeller. You will need it to handle the extra power. That ET127 drop in makes a great deal of power. You will notice improvements from bottom to top.Save money on your pwc performance parts!
