This thread will be updated as more is done with the ski

I acquired this ski in March of this year with 30 hours on it, previous owner had the charger washers changed, new prop (unknown size, said they had it ÔÇ£custom pitched), and stainless steele wear ring, ski was in mint condition

So far I have done the following mods:

    - free flow exhaust
    - r&d Intake grate
    - opas blockoffs

I have the 4ÔÇØ kanaflex intake kit in my shop ready to be put on

Top speed at this point is 74mph gps at 7800 rpms

shooting for 80mph, I'm still new to this so any advice would be much appreciated, stay tuned there's a lot more to come, I'll add pics below

74 at 7800 with a prop and intake grate/Exhaust? Wow.

I have the same ski with prop/4" intake/Riva IC/Free Flow exhaust/Intake Grate and i'm lucky to see 72 at 8120.

I don't know how you are getting that with those mods....maybe with the 4 inch on......With those RPMs you must have a tall prop....

Assuming that speed is coming from the dash not a GPS? To get 80mph out of a 255 at minimum injectors, wheel, and supporting mods.

74 is with gps, like I said I'm not sure of the prop. The previous owner wasn't much help, they did have the washers changed in the charger

I was surprised to see the speed as well, stock I saw 68-69mph, with the free flow and blockoffs I saw 71, and when I added the r&d I see 73 consistently and got 74 on glass water at sunset. The prop was on the ski when I got it, maybe my gps is screwed up who knows

Kanaflex 4ÔÇØ intake is officially installed on the ski, wasn't hard at all just a little time consuming. I will be top speed testing this weekend

I'm very late but I think the gps I used at first was junk, the speed reading I posted earlier in this thread was inaccurate. I did however use my friends gps and got a final top speed reading for the season last year at 73.4 miles per hour with the 4 inch intake and other mods! The supercharger absolutely screams!!

Got big things coming this season, finally got the ski in the shop to tear down. Here's some of the things that are getting slapped on....

                              - Riva thru hull exhaust

                              - Fizzle f1000 intercooler kit

                              - lucky 13 pump cone, hoping to get my rpms up

I also have been throwing around the idea of a wet pump mod with gear oil...

I will post updates as I get work done
