I used one from Silicone intakes and have had no issue with it.

Purchased all my stuff at silicone intake.. Even back to when we had to purchase intercoolers for are 2004’s…
What I do is push the 4 inch pipe as far in as I can to take up a bunch of the coupler.
It works nice. Defiantly get 4 ply.sigpicDon't sweat the small stuff. Be happy! Ride on!Comment

I have that ordered from eBay now. But I just want to confirm this is the right parts to get along with the 4 in pipe. The only reason I'll get this is from what everyone is saying about the 4 ply.Comment

Since the hull is sealed up pretty tightly, do you really see any performance gains with these shorty intake pipes?
I have heard that you can pick up 100 rpm or so. With just a SCOM, I'm already past the 8040 rpm soft limiter. I don't believe that my ski would run any more rpm with this, might actually drop if the I-control came more into play. Do you find that you need to raise the rpm limit to take advantage of this mod?2021 RXP X 300

I built a 3” shorty for my GPRXP and when it’s finished I’ll do a back to back comparison and swap the 3” to the 4” and compare logged runs.
