my boat definately is a project..

i do this for fun and the challenge of it..i dont make a living doing it.. i am to old to be trying to keep up with the 20 somthing guys that race off shore and closed course..i know i am never going to be the fastest ..i dont have the $$ for that..the turbo conversion skis are crazy...who knows...where it will end up but it is fun running with guys who share the passion..i have more things working than i have time ..but it will all come together someday ....so i have nothing to gain by or any reason to hide anything ..so this is what i have done..

i do 99 % of the work myself ...i make alot of the stuff myself..and just enjoy it...
not saying everything i do is correct but all part of the r&d and learning process.....with tips from the guys on the forum like rxp6 psycho rxp and duke jp speedskixp bigdaddy ect.. i enjoy sharing ideas with people here pushing the hobby forward.

so going to start putting all the pics of the stuff on my boat as it has transformed ..here..not really sure where to start but ill get it...

it has been from stock to s3 charger to x charger now rude 3 ...who know where it will end up...

i guess ill start with the new hull am shaping...i am hoping to be able to run with conversion skis with it...if the shape works out and does ehat i want it to ..i want to make a mold and a carbon kevlar one that is alot lighter at least that is the plan..


i started with a rxp hull that hit something and blew out

i ported the head lots of time..got a rotax 4224 cam and installed a block guard and riva head studs ..torque them to 90 to 95 ..not 85 the rotax can has the extra material cut out between the lobes












installing riva valve train this will help...

my home made block offs..and misc


my old intercooler set up and heat exchanger..replaced al the plastic fittings.with brass ones this time..






tapped the manifold and installed th o2 sensor and guages.

got a 08 style exhaust..and made this megaphone for the exhaust..and my sort of gutted frankin box..sounds awsome...and i designed a spacer sort of in line with the one already out there with an improvement..but it is just a prototype and needs slight modification so i havent brought it to production..it took some porting to get it to do what i wanted it to it turns the exhaust a little so it doesnt crash into the wall of the horrible exhauset manifold ..it bolts to the head then you bolt your manifold to it ..you may see these again ..but the machien shops kinda stopped the production ..i gave them a cad drawing ...and they wanted stupid money to convert it to g code...and funds arnt flowing right now..

a vent i made to get some heat out because the rear air blocks the exit ...i made this rear air ..out of aluminum sheet metal...rear air is'nt the best answer i still pick up 200 rpm buy removing the seat ..got a plan ..just need time...

new bigger intercooler i ws getting some fade ..so i fabbed up a new set up....

running a riva ecu and rude controler..filled the intake up with a little epoxie..and bolted it together hopefully so it doesnt pop...as well as i filled my end tanks of my new intercooler to reduce volume and keep the throddle response reasonable ..i will make a aluminum intake someday ..one thing at a time...and i made a fuel rail setup with a aeromotive to 1 to1 rrfpr run 50 bosh injectors at this point..have a set ot 60 seamins ..i may go back to...and not use the rrfpr i want a motc ...its only money !

it hasnt been without issues...lost washers blown haead gasket..now # 2 85 ft lbs isnt enough...with the studs...found pieces of the stock water box had busted out..and were rattling around in the box...that isnt good for consitancy....

ya think???? that could be why the high exhaust tem buzzer was going off last ride if i held it wot..



have these bilge pumps..need to get them in...for some reason i am letting them kick my azz..kinda avoiding doing it...it is getting there...i guess i just dont have a plan i reallly like yet...





this one is going to be difficult to get around the intercooler and heat exchanger..



this is part of a old riva metal washer..that let go...i ended up getting it all found the rest of it in the front oil pump screen after a ride or two....

although not wanting to do it i got the bilge pumps in today..all i need to do is decide where i want the switch..i have a rxx hood going and x bars on the way ..on so i dont want to have to move it.. later...

also in the pipeline i have some stuff to start making a headder i have the flange in a dxf file for the lazer cutter... just have to get it over to them ..



this is my bleed bulk head.i filled it with epoxie and just drilled a tiny hole ..so air can get out but not much water flow

got a 60 mm tb today ..

something to be aware of..first you are getting wot..next it isnt going over wot...this one ..the stop that stops it from opening aover 90 degrees.....was a little bent ..i assume it is from the throddle cable being tight and still having room to the bars at wot and holding on or just squeezing it...to try and make it go faster bent it a little...

update i took off my stock one and it would go over center as well...so look at it..
