now the manual says put 55psi into the flush. Is this done while running or shut off. Does the rest of the raw water get drained? I've always done a run up with plumbing AF and never had a problem. Does this still work on a 2019 TX 300?

      3. Air hose male adapter

from the instructions, to empty out the exhaust manifold (by connecting it to where you connect the water-hose when flushing)..........do you crank the motor back up for a few seconds when you done blowing air through? Just to make sure you dont have a little water sitting in the cylinders from blowing the air in?

Did you guys find an answer to your question?
I also must take out all the water before I take my skis to any lake where I live, they have to be bone dry.
So, do we run the engine while blowing the compressed air in?
When I blow compressed air while engine is off, not much water comes out, but I can hear bubbling and water is in, I can hear it.
Why is the manual so unclear of that....

I'm finding it to be alternating cranking the motor and blowing with air. Both a couple of times. You definitely can't just blow it out with compressed air. I too hear it gurgling when I do that. But then do the "no start" start and more water comes out. 3 or 4 times and nothing coming out anymore, done. Not blowing air when motor is running.

I just blowed the exhaust system with compressed air while the engine was running, and it accelerated by it self to WOT. Why did that happen?

              What year and model?

Where did you inject the compressed air?

Is this watercraft new to you, recently?

Does it work properly on the water, full power and speed?

Did you make a seal at the flush port and pumped compressed air? Only way for air to get into the intake from being pushed into the flush port is if you have a busted intercooler.

Yes it is, I got it just before season start. The machine had 126 hours (only fresh water driven) at the time when i bought it. Lately I could sometimes notice the engine struggling when it had around two bars left to full, on the boost-meter. Other than that, no problems.

No air was leaking at the connector on the flush port, if that is what you mean by ?½seal??. So if my intercooler is shot, would a original intercooler from a 2018 300RXP fit?

Just took the intercooler out and pressurized the water channels to 125 PSI, filled the air ways with water. And I cannot see any air bubbles rising. So i guess the intercooler is fine..
