Fuel pump and coil codes after engine reinstall

Hello, I pulled my engine from my 07 GTX due to water in the oil, and put back in and no start. Had it scanned and it has fuel pump and all three coils saying open or shorted, it ran when I pulled the engine out, what did I mess up?
