Are the inflatable side ribs and top cover running boards missing on both machines?

Yep they look like the GTI 130.
it looks like you need a bunch. Im not sure they even have the IBR In them.
      I dont see ECU’s.
i do see the gauge clusters, fuel injectors and rail, waterbox with resonator and hose.

      I dont see,
      motors
      pumps
      driveshafts
      IBR with gate
      ASSORTED hoses
      intake and exhaust manifolds
      oil coolers
      coolant overflow reservoir.

The hulls, look to be in great shape. I wonder why they gutted the skis

Since I work for a big city fire department and see first hand how people treat are service skis. I can certainly say they did not use them like you and me. So I bet they lost motors due to mis treatment and lack of a qualified tech to maintain them.

Yes. They were missing when I picked them up. I can still purchase all those items but OEM is crazy expensive. I can order aftermarket for around $600.

The Sea Doo crate engine is available for around $6,000. Jet pump is around $500 and I have not found the IBR gate yet for a price. (Prices are all US)

I have folks telling me that they would like to contribute to the cause in our area. Since these can no longer be purchased; I am still teetering on fixing them. Not sure what all comes with a crate engine for that price but if it included some of the missing items-

I got my work cut out for me. I just wonder if I can get at least one going for $10k. If I can, I feel like it's worth it. If not, maybe I should scrap the idea and just buy a used ski for rescue.

My biggest issue is I don't have a Sea Doo dealership any closer than two hours away. I've tried reaching Sea Doo / BRP directly but they won't talk. They tell me to go to their dealerships.
            Very frustrating.

That's why I brought them here for your examination. Where should the computer be on these? Is it under the steering will in the pictured box?Click image for larger version

You are correct. It's challenging to find any scratches on them. They came from the coast guard and I am betting from the same base. The serial numbers are just a few digits off. They were labeled 2016 skis by DOD and the serial number says that as well. However, there is a hull identification that says manufactured in 2014. I am guessing that maybe it's a 2014 GTI155 hull that BRP converted in 2016? No clue.

Yes, Sea Doo uses a stainless wear ring on their Search and Rescue model.... why? Because it's more reliable!
