Stuck IBR bracket

Good Day,
I'm trying to pull the pump on a 2018 GTI 155 Limited that I just got. its been in salt. Im stuck at the IBR assembly removal - the top two bolts (not the L bracket) snapped off (fortunately just below the head - I'll deal with that after). Despite removing all applicable bolts - other than the two snapped ones which are now studs, I cant get the assembly to move off. I've tried lots of penetrate and tapping around the mount with a drift to loosen - but no luck.

Any ideas, hints tips?

Update - I can reach the 4 pump bolts and loosen them - the pump moves - so, before I proceed further having never done this, Is there any reason I can't fully unbolt the pump from the ski, and remove everything together, then separate the IBR assembly on the bench?

Anyone see any issue with this?

Well, I hate when posts get solved and no answer posted - so I'll solve my own problem

You can take the whole IBR/pump assembly out - very easy.

I used a socket bolt extractor to get the broken bolts out and all is well.
