    Done. I did this over last weekend. Very easy to do, and I have never messed with fiberglass before. I used the West System 105/205. The glass laid down great. I watched the RXT-X pump tunnel reinforcement video on youtube and pretty much followed it 100%.









    It looks a little wavy and rough, but that's how the tunnel looked to begin with. The glass I laid down looks 100x better lol.

    I am about to start this project over the next couple weeks. Not really looking forward to it. Also doing a bilge pump at the same time. I love doing repairs that shouldn't even be necessary on a few year old ski lol.

    No need to be worried about, just keep an eye on it, inspect it every now and then. The tunnel in your ski is more robust than the 2008 tunnel.

    I found a hairline crack in the gelcoat of my tunnel (underneath ski) on my 2005 RXT. It's very slight, is this something I should worry about? I only ride in fresh water.

    To the best of my knowledge the tunnel issue is for the 2008-2009 RXT-X255.

    from what i have seen in person, and pictures on here the tunnel usually blows out on the left side. Not sure why though.

    Yep...mine's on 08, and it's on the RXT-X. Don't know about the P-X, as I don't own one.
