Im not sure what any of that other than the 750 means, but thats ok. it runs and is in good shape, and its cheap(so far)

Yeah tell me about it. My first date with the new lady was a "teach pettee how to cook day". Turned out ok, cept the kitchen was still burnt.

Almost done now though, new tiles down(what a PITA that was) its painted, walpapered, and the counters will be here next week, and viola, new kitchen and $5000 in equity.
