Not too familiar with seadoo. Helping a friend with his speedster.
First time out and was taking water and cavitating. I pulled the pumps to replace carbon seals. Found no pump neoprene seal to the hull? I can't imagine it would seal without it. No sealant was visible either. Do you guys just put a new neoprene gasket in plain or with some RTV?
I'm guessing this was some of the cavitation problem. The impellars looked good. Wear rings are ok but replacing. Manual shows a seal but seadoo website dosen't show the neoprene seal?
