Just pulled my stock tails off of my 2012 Shorland'r trailer. What a mess. After having issues with my right tail-light since new I'm just about to re-wire the whole trailer but, both my stop light bulbs are shattered (moisture my guess) and my turn signal on the drivers side is blown.

I'm thinking I'll just order new drop in LED's... and remind myself to get a triton next time.

        Brand? Model?
        Source?

I buy them in a local store but found them on ebay for about the same price.
        So no specific brand?

Are your actual installed lamps from the Haulmaster brand (per the ebay link)?
that's what I used on my trailer... love them!

Stock lights on most trailers I've seen are a disaster, unless you opted for the upgraded LEDs.

I just did my shorelandr lights last spring. Super easy and not that expensive.

Make sure you heat shrink every single connection. That is where every manufacturer goes wrong by using those stupid connectors.

Mine were marrettes I was very surprised to see that.

I sent it back to my dealer the first year to put a new 4 pin harness on, I picked it up with a 5 pin harness and a busted tail light. On the fence of just pulling all the wire and re-doing it myself making sure it's right. Or just trying the lights alone and seeing how long it'll last.

You can use the old wiring to help pull the new wiring though.

Use a trailer wiring kit that has the white wire run continuous through the entire harness, not using the trailer frame as a ground at each light.

Just one ground connection to the frame from the wire harness.
