Perhaps buy a good used Triton trailer with the Knott winch stand type you are hunting for.

Then re-sell the used trailer with your 'old' winch stand installed.

He said they were still waiting for authorization and that they had a lot of parts in stock.
I don’t understand why is it so difficult to find this kind of parts, it’s such a popular trailer.

They don’t carry it. The old triton trailer that I had wasn’t that bad, but can’t find it either.

    Try this place.
They have been rather good about finding what we have needed.
    Overall fairly reasonable pricing.

Might work best to call them directly since you are looking for an 'unusual' item

It should be a standard replacement winch, sold by Triton through their dealers. You would need to verify that the Triton part number you order will be of the type you want.

Probably also available through Eastern Marine and other online Triton Trailer parts sources

That looks like an older version of the Triton winch tower.
The arm angle for the bow roller is held in position using just the friction of the two arms against the sides of the winch post, using the two parallel bolts.

My older 2008 Triton Elite had a similar configuration. It 'worked' but the arm angle would shift when the winch strap tension was high, such as winching a heavy PWC into place with high bunk friction. I used a bunk lubricant to reduce the effort needed to slide the hull on the carpeted bunks.

The winch tower design * on my 2017 Triton WC2-2 has the Knott winch mounted with the arm, not on top of the winch post. The arm angle is clamped in place using a bolt through the winch tower plus the bolts holding the winch base in place.

Beyond torquing up those two bolts to clamp the arms as tightly as possible to the winch post, you could consider upgrading to the Knott winch version of the Triton winch tower.

    * I did upgrade my bow rollers to Stoltz orange and added a guide roller for the strap to the middle of the arm.
