This raises the trailer frame above the axle by that amount?
Link to the kits?
I realize describing it as a kit is incorrect, but they offer the spacers which Hanna RV sells in pairs. The 1 inch is linked here, and the 1.5 inch is here.

Edit: There actually is a Triton 1 Inch Tire Upgrade/Axle Spacer Kit.
A rather hefty block of aluminum
On my previous Triton Elite double PWC trailer I did something similar, using 1/2” (I think) thick self-made aluminum spacer blocks. Gave me just enough clearance for the upgraded 13” wheels and tires to not quite contact the fender undersides during full wheel jounce.
I will mention that if the bolts holding the axles on a double axle Triton WC2-2 are loosened or the frame is raised, it is critical to verify the two axles are aligned to each other and to the trailer frame. There is enough play in the bolt holes that the two axles can end up with differing angles relative to the frame, such that one axle is angled left and one towards the right.
The trailer might still appear to tow straight but the tires will wear unevenly and more quickly, along with more tire drag reducing fuel economy while towing.
