You can look at equivalent outside dimensions between sizes to determine what may fit. For example a 175/80/13 is 24.02 inches tall to the equivalent 14 inch tire would be a 195/65/14 which is 23.98 inches tall. there are tire charts to go by on the net. you can also get aluminum wheels re-drilled to your pattern of choice.

Should be able to. You may need a spacer under the fender mounts
