I made a platform for the front of the trailer out of two cheap aluminum hitch receiver cargo racks that I purchased from harbor freight, and vinyl glide boards as the decking. I like having the platform, because I can use cargo boxes, gas cans for bigger trips, or use just the platform for standing or loading

How is it all attached to the trailer frame?
Any side-side wobble when weight is put on a front corner? -
Tip: You want the bow roller to be above the bow eye on the hull, bow roller should be just under the hull rub rail and the winch strap should route under the bow roller. This ensures the ski cannot slide forward during a hard stop or collision.Comment

Thanks so much for the advise on the bow roller, I will change next time I am able
Yes, the harbor freight racks fit like a glove between the bow rollers, and the cross members of the trailer give good support. I have two large 5 inch galvanized lag bolts that go right through the trailer aluminum beams that keep it from moving. It does not flex at all,
In one of this pictures, I am able to stand with all my weight on the floating corner without issue, it feels very secure. I believe that the vinyl decking are really what gives it so much strength.
Pardon my fancy work shoes, my occupation does not involve anything mechanical, therefore, my mechanical skills themselves are limited, but I have used this deck now for the past year, and love it,
