Not sure what's going on with my tablet but all of a sudden I cannot ÔÇ£Go AdvancedÔÇØ in posting this OR access Page 2 of this thread; so, if I wind up double posting the following apologies in advance.
In case it helps anyone else that hasn't yet solved the problem of these crazy sharp corners on the Triton single pwc trailers (but needs to, post haste!), I just ordered the Stoltz RP-434 rollers at lowest price I was able to find here: https://www.easternmarine.com/4-stol...nd-bell-rp-434
4 rollers + $10.48 USPS priority (ha!) mail and total came to $52.48, cheap insurance once one sees the damage those corners can wreak.
I ordered the second pair for our double pwc Triton but, not for the rear corners rather, to mount them on the rear ends of the tongues which are in too-close-for-my-comfort proximity to our hulls -
I was tempted to go with these Stoltz pads (apparently designed for this purpose: https://www.easternmarine.com/3-x-12...p-pad-pad-3112 ) but, I like the idea of those bigger, thicker rollers in between the aluminum frame and our nano-excel hulls -18 VXR

In case it helps anyone else, I just found the Stoltz RP-434’s for a staggeringly LOW PRICE of $10.50 here:
Stock# 50620201/2" shaft, 3-1/2" inner width, 5-1/4" outer width, 1-7/8" height. STOLTZ Polyurethane 'End Bell' is designed to combine with bow roller RP-444 for the best boat protection.
(just cursorily surfing the net early this am I came across them as ridiculous as $28 - $40+ each on some websites!!! :-O
With $10.50 for USPS Priority Mail (ha! talk about a misnomer :-/ total for 4 of the 5-1/4” rollers came to $52.50. Cheap insurance when you see the damage those sharp corners can wreak on anything they come into contact with!
I ordered FOUR - 2 for the rear corners on my single pwc Triton and 2 for the rear ends of the TONGUES on our double Triton (pics attached to show too-close-for-my-comfort proximity of those frame ends and hull bows).
I was thinking of going with these apparently made for that frame section pad but, I like the idea of that big-azz roller being between the end of the tongue frame and our Nano-excel hulls better!

Good morning, K447 - man, you are quick on the draw, haha!
I may wind up going with those pads but I think first I am going to try using the thicker RP-434’s (unless there is something I am overlooking (always a likelihood!)18 VXR

My fix for the step issue. No more damage and even helps to guide the WR. Used a spade bit to drill a bolt head counter sink area. There is also a few 1/2" bolt flat washers between the top of the step and the inside bottom of the bell end. The washers help to provide a solid support area for the 1/2" top washer and bolt head. Did not want to see the head of the bolt pull through.
I have a vise that will open that wide but, I am assuming that will deform the soft material and prevent a perfectly round circle?18 VXR
