If you look in the pictures above those are from GPR carbs you see clearly there is a black line, if it was flipped it would appear more opaque. That one is being installed correctly.Leave a comment:

I have heard this many times. Some say the blue line is for a reason and others just say the blue lines are there so you can spot or see the clear disc. I put them in both ways with no troubles. I cannot speak for everyone else.
I have also heard its the way it is cut and it has to be on a certain side. All the dics I have put on the pumps, the edges to too far from the metal rim to affect the sealing.Leave a comment:

I was doing another rebuild and the manual said to make sure the blue lines on the check valves are facing the pump side. What does this mean?

check valve carb help
finally doing my carb rebuild and rejet ,what is the trick to replacing the check valves or are they left alone if you see no creases or defects - those rubber snubbers are a beast . On the primer block offs and "nozzle" what are most using to seal them in and do you remove the plastic inserts that were there for the choke shaft ?Tags: None- Stuck
