The code will usually go away after you pull the lanyard, unless there is a problem then it will come back.

Threr is no way to permanently clear all the history codes... they are stored in the ECU and can be re-called with the YDS

I don't want the code to go away! When I got home to check why my warning was sounding and my engine light flashing, all I got while testing was 01.
I'd rather know what was going on! Because my warning would come on every 5 min of riding. Once the gauges went blank, fired up and went another 5 min before the warning came on again.

How expensive is a YDS? And does anyone maybe have one for sale??? Or loan if I pay the shipping?

                        48 code

I have been having a lot of problems with my one display on a 1300. It's not countin the hours, and the numbers are somewhat blurred, and can't really make it out. The warning goes off, and I can make out a 48.. Now I have tried everything from unplugging all the wires, to drying out the connections, to even running the ski without the display... Nothing seems to fix the problem... Has anyone ever run into the 48 code?
