1998 Yamaha XL1200. I was reading about the fuel line restriction modification and wanted to know which jet I should put in my return line. I fried my #1 piston and do not know if it was due to a fueling failure to bad settings on my carbs. Thanks in advance!Comment

I have a '00 SUV and completed the mod with a 105. However I'm at high altitude, 8,000', and the last time out it was fuel starved. I have to reduce pop off pressure but also wondering if this mod doesn't have the right jet size for my situation.
Can I take the pressure reading on the hose or is fuel pressure also affected by load?Comment

You have the 65U engine. The jet you want is 105.1997 Yahama GP1200- 61.7 mph(GPS)

I did this mod and left pump on. It only balances the fuel pressure between carbs nothing for really for runablity. Thanks,
