You can definitely make it work, but nobody in this thread is real familiar with that ski. So you'll kind of need to look at it and teach yourself.
So you have one pump on one carb and the other carb doesn't have a pump? Seems like you'll do the mod the same way, with some sort of restriction in the return. You'll need a temporary tee fitting and fuel pressure gauge to dial in the correct size restriction.
But the point of the mod is different in these skis we are talking about. I don't think you'll see much benefit1997 Yahama GP1200- 61.7 mph(GPS)
