SpeedJunky? I have great respect for men like us! us.... the sinking kind! lol... I too learned about the factory hose in a HORRIFYING WAY! Those that remember me know that my thread back in 2007 was a classic. I even posted pictures which I've deleted to save me from the embarrasment but the thread still stands.
PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT LEAVE THE STOCK HOSE ON & WHEN YOU INSTALL THE BRAIDED HOSE, CLAMP IT WITH YOUR LIFE. I DOUBLE CLAMPED MINE ON BOTH ENDS! WHEN THERE WAS NO WATER TO COOL MY EXHAUST, IT MELTED MY PVC STRAIGHT PIPE. WATER GUSHED IN FASTER THAN I COULD PUMP OUT WITH MY BILGE.

The thru-hull for the siphon system is what I used and most use for the jetworks.
WARNING make sure you replace the hose from the thru-hull to the jetworks valve. The factory hose cannot handle the pressure when the valve is closed and it will rupture and fill the boat with water very fast. Dont ask how I know this.
I miss this hobby!!!

Yeah, the feeling you get when you lift the seat and see water coming in fast really sucks especially when you are far from shore.

The blue pro valve doesn't have washers. You just adjust it.

I have mine all hooked up but I am working on a way to get the water pre-springer to exit. Can I t-fit it into the tubing that currently exists going to the pilot hose leading to the mid-port side of the ski?
"15. Run high pressure hose from the inside of the transom plate where the OE siphon bilge was and route through the stringer plate and connect to the inlet side of the Jetworks valve. Somewhere in this hose you will have to reduce from 1/2" to 3/8" hose."
How? Looking for some suggestions as to how people reduced from 1/2" to 3/8".
What parts should you use?
2006/2006 GPRXP - 2008 electronics, Hull trued, Leo's holeshot kit, Stock SC w. Greenwheel, Type 9 IC, 42lb injectors, Skat 14 vein pump, 14/23 Dynafly, cut R&D tabs, Jetworks pressure relief on pump, stock Riva plate with stock angle (no shims), carbon fiber hood, R&D sponsons, UMI steering system with Protaper bars, R&D exit nozzle, R&D extended steering nozzle.
COULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THE HELP OF GREENHULK! Thank you everyone!

That looks like real deal high pressure lines... I just used the braided pvc high pressure lines that you can get at the big box home stores... will those be all right?
Also, ended up getting a fitting. Went with brass instead of SS.

I have a brass 3/8-3/8 to replace the plastic one at the rubber coupler between the stinger and "U" pipe. which is one of the pisser hoses...
I found the red 1/2 and the yellow hose at Lowes...
